Johnny Blue
Johnny Blue comes from Cyprus and he started DJ-ing in the late 90’s. Being influenced by several music genres and cultures he developed a unique style by blending sounds smoothly and creating colourful and sensational music stories and journeys.
He is an active local and international DJ with various appearances in Cyprus and around the globe in the USA, Australia, India, Mexico, UK, Morocco, Russia and in most of the European Festivals (Boom, Ozora, MoDem etc) with his DJ projects which cover: the psychill and psybass spectrum with the ‘Johnny Blue’ project, the organica colours in techno, house and ecstatic dance with the ‘Juanito Azul’ project and the all-about-the-groove project called ‘Groovy Tourist’.
He is also assistant manager of Feel Life Music booking agency, A&R manager of Mikelabella Records and director of Flowizart project which provides online music streaming and DJ services.
Besides Djing Johnny has a big experience in the Radio industry as he worked for years as a playlist curator, sound engineer, radio show host and part of the music team of Deejay Radio 93.6 fm, Cyprus.
For Awareness 2025, Johnny will showcase a combination of two of his projects: a dj set where Johnny Blue meets Groovy Tourist project by creating a music story which will be a blend of psychill and psybass vibes together with the ones of techno, electro and synthwave.
BillyD
One of the founders of Barking Cats Radio, a musician and radio producer, Mastering Engineer, but above all, a lover of music and quality sound. Having played at many Clubs, Bars, and Festivals in Cyprus, BillyD has built a large record collection, which he shares at every opportunity with those seeking the more minimalistic side of electronic music and beyond!
As a producer, Pantelis Drousiotis (aka BillyD) released a full album in 2016 and a Single LP with the Cypriot record collective ‘Honest Electronics’ and its subsidiary ‘Dishonest Records’ respectively, and in 2022 he released his latest EP with the record label C.D.CY. For the 5th season, he also holds his weekly residency with the show ‘Electronica’ on Deejay Radio 93.5
Danæ (Honest Electronics)
Raised in Cyprus with Lebanese-American roots, Danæ’s life has always been soundtracked by a diverse array of music. This lifelong passion sparked a new hobby just under a year ago, quickly leading to her emergence as a dynamic DJ in the Cyprus scene.
Known for her versatility, Danæ effortlessly captivates crowds with her unique sound and infectious energy.
Her sets are characterized by hard-hitting techno that blends driving rhythms with hypnotic soundscapes, often incorporating elements of groove to create a raw, energetic, and deeply expressive experience.
Nana (Honest Electronics)
She is a self-taught electronic music producer and DJ who rose from the underground scene to become one of its most dynamic voices. Her sets are a reflection of her multifaceted artistry—genre-fluid, high-energy, and irresistibly engaging. Moving seamlessly between playful rhythms and deep, driving grooves, she crafts an atmosphere that’s both raw and magnetic.
Known for her fearless improvisation and boundary-pushing sound, Nana has performed at venues and festivals across Cyprus, sharing stages with international acts like Rakans, Alpha Tracks, and Grace Sands. Always rooted in her underground spirit, she leads audiences through an energetic journey of rhythm and emotion—where groove meets intensity and every beat feels alive.
WanderWonder (Honest Electronics)
Wanderwonder…a music enthusiast from Cyprus who started selecting and collecting tunes for the past two decades has oriented towards deep sounds the past few years. Influenced by many kinds of music fell in love after all mostly with Dub Techno, Psydub and Deep House. Her selections from all over the world and time aim to journey soul and spirit to a harmonic flow.
